Ride rules and Terms of Service

These terms explain how rides are scheduled, paid for, and managed with The Transporter 17.

1. Pickup Policy

Riders must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

A 3-minute grace period is allowed.

After 3 minutes, the ride can be automatically canceled.

2. Payment Policy

Cash rides must be paid with the exact amount.

No change is provided.

All ride prices are rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

3. Ride Behavior

Riders must be respectful to drivers and any other passengers.

Violations can result in suspension or a permanent ban from future rides.

4. Ride Modifications

No ride changes are allowed after a trip starts.

5. Stops Policy

Each ride can include up to 3 total stops.

Acceptance

By submitting a ride request, the rider confirms acceptance of these terms.

SMS Program Terms

The Transporter 17 sends ride-related text messages for request confirmations, quote follow-up, scheduling updates, driver arrival notices, and support related to your transportation request.

Message frequency varies based on your trip activity. Message and data rates may apply.

For help, reply HELP or call/text (815) 218-7637. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP.

These text messages are used for transportation operations and customer support. They are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
