Ride rules at a glance
Pickup policy: riders must be ready at the scheduled time. A 3-minute grace period is allowed, then the ride may be canceled.
Payment policy: cash rides require the exact amount and no change is provided. Prices are rounded to the nearest dollar.
Stops policy: rides can include up to 3 stops total.
Ride behavior: respectful conduct is required. Violations can lead to suspension or a permanent ban.
